Paper on IFLA standards and Semantic Web

I will be co-presenting a paper at the forthcoming IFLA conference: Initiatives
to make standard library metadata models and structures available to the
Semantic Web. Paper to be presented at Session 149 — Information Technology,

The paper was written in May this year, so doesn't mention the Incubator Group.
Some of the detail is now out-of-date, but it gives an overview of what's going
on with IFLA models like FRBR, etc.
 
I hope to release more up-to-date and detailed information to the Incubator
Group following discussion at relevant committee meetings during IFLA.
