There seems to be some confusion about when the f2f meetings are. Our meeting is split into two parts -- Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning. These were the times I listed in the original welcome email where I asked if anyone had objections to either time. The idea was that any folks who only wanted to participate in the HTML Speech group could arrive for the Tuesday afternoon meeting and stay through the Thursday morning meeting. Splitting the group's meeting time into two pieces was the only way to avoid having a 100% conflict with any other meeting (and thus discriminating against only that group of attendees). Unfortunately, the registration page does not allow me to indicate that these meetings are only half a day. I myself am not able to list all the meetings I am attending (both VBWG and htmlspeech on Tuesday, MMIWG and htmlspeech on Thursday) because of this. If you are unable to indicate that you will be attending the htmlspeech meeting because you need to mark attendance at another meeting, that's okay. Just show up at the meeting time. More importantly, if you cannot attend one or both of the time slots please send a message to me and Mike Bodell. The agenda will likely not be set until shortly before the meeting because we are likely to have discussions between now and then that will affect the agenda. -- dan On Oct 8, 2010, at 11:05 AM, Dan Burnett wrote: > Yes, this is now confirmed.
