Introduction: Iain Henderson

Hi there, i've just joined the group/ list and will take the chance to introduce myself.

I'm one of the co-founders of Mydex Community Interest Company, which is a London, UK based social enterprise whose charter is 'to help the individual realise the value of their personal information'.

In practical terms, that means we will provide educational tools that help individuals better understand their own personal data eco-system, and the many and varied issues around that. Then later this year we plan to launch personal data services that build capabilities on the side of the individual.

We see the Federated Social Web, and related technologies and processes as being a key piece of our infrastructure going forward - as we collectively move beyond the current silo-based approaches to personal data.
