As discussed, I have put together a proposal for collecting feedback from
potential future end-users. You can read and edit the proposal on the wiki
with the following link:
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/audio/wiki/User-feedback

The feedback collected should not serve as an absolute rule by which to
steer group activities, but should act as complementary resource to the
technical expertise of the group as a whole.

Collecting data may provide useful insights that the group may otherwise
miss, and should help us to represent a broader group of end-user-needs with
less guess-work. The usefulness of this endeavor, would of course depend on
the commitment of the group, to collect a significant quality/quantity of
data to represent the communities within their reach.

I would be interested to hear your thoughts/comments and welcome any
constructive criticism/amendments to the proposal.
