The minutes for the April 21 Backplane telecon are at: http://www.w3.org/2009/04/21-backplane-minutes.html Expanding a bit, topics covered were: 1. review of the way in which structural changes were being made between two lists in the Finance scenario. We decided to replace the general list transformation (which did not require fixed categories for expenses) implemented in script with a set of binds (that are specific to given categories) in order to keep all of the data transformations within model processing. It's a known requirement for XForms 2.0 to support structural transformations in addition to value computations so this allows us to more clearly show the role of model processing vs. needing to call out to a value-change listener in the UI and then trigger script code. 2. we discussed addition of more SVG custom controls to show the pattern of expense amounts over time. This work will take place over the next week or two. 3. we brainstormed briefly the role of SMIL in the scenario and await further inputs from Jack on this point. In general, the demo implementation would be ready to start using some SMIL Ubiquity implementation within a few weeks... Thanks, Charlie Charles Wiecha Manager, Multichannel Web Interaction IBM T.J.
