Dear Owen and All, As far as the matter concerns with a society, informations are interests/intentions had by its constituents --a society either international, global, or local based upon spesific conditions... (What are its interests, why etc....?) In terms of conditions, what is about an open, machine-readable language --in this case, StratML with its platform on making strategic plans in the enthusiasm of a worldwide intentions, stake holders, and results-- is part of a society's programmes on information...? There are supposedly considerations differently made by interessants/stakeholders to work it on...? (We may say that the intentions mentioned as part of the StratML's slogan is a result of preceding strategic plans which are about "intentions, stakeholders, results"...?) The StratML homepage examplified the US President Obama signing GPRAMA and Hilton Head's "truly connected community": what is about others...? Have they come to the (same) concern/interest with...? --among which ITU of the UN's policies have supposedly effects toward international communities...?
