I'm still having a little trouble with this. So, we don't want to *require* that event handlers are disabled when they are contained in a disabled control. But is it still OK if event handlers *are* disabled, or should we say that event handlers are never disabled? In other words should we say that event handlers may or may not respond if enclosed in disabled controls?
