The description of <bind> said that any @model used has to refer to the  
parent model, otherwise xforms-binding-error happens. It didn't say where  
the error was dispatched to, so I have made it the <bind> element itself  
(It bubbles, so the next recipient will be the parent model).

"If the <code>model</code> attribute is used, and the identified model is  
not the parent model, an [[#The xforms-binding-error  
Event|xforms-binding-error]] is dispatched to the <code>bind</code>  
element."
