Review of XForms 2.0 section 9

At 9.2.1, I think that @caseref is restrictive because a node is required.
Wouldn't it be useful to define @casevalue to allow to compute the targeted case
@id directly instead of needing a bind with an intermediate node to be mentioned
in @caseref?
