Updated editor's draft available

Hi,

based on Wednesday's discussion, here's an updated Editor's Draft that takes the feed-back we had into account:

I'll open formal issues against the individual changes some time tomorrow my time.

For your reference, I'm attaching a diff-marked version against last year's Candidate Recommendation version of the spec.
