Reference updates to WSC-UI
Sent by:

I'm going through the document before getting ready to publish as CR...
Changes made:
* The ECRYPT2006 report (which is listed in the references, but not
mentioned in the text any more) is no longer available. An ECRYPT 2009
report is available. Reference updated, as it's presumably at least useful
to readers of the document.
* The NESSIE report is not referenced from the text. It seems remotely
useful, but we might also drop it.
* The TWIRL and RSA Key Sizes report is no longer referenced in the text.
Reference dropped.
* The Mozilla Effective TLD service is no longer referenced in the text.
Reference dropped.
* We had RFC 2616 (HTTP) in the references, but didn't cite it from within
the text. Added a bibliography reference to the definition of "HTTP
Transaction" (which is really an abuse of language, but anyway -- too late
for that).
* RFC 3281 isn't cited in the text any more. Reference dropped.
* RFC 3709 (logotypes) wasn't cited in the text. I've added a reference
to relevant mentions of logotypes.
* RFC 4254 (SSH) was referenced for key continuity management. That text
has since been dropped; removing the reference. (We still have a few
words about KCM, and reference Gutman's paper about it.)
* XMLHttpRequest and XHR level 2 had new working drafts out since our last
publication. References updated.
* We reference a WCAG 2.0 Working Draft. WCAG 2.0 is now a
Recommendation; reference updated.
* We reference Whalen and Inkpen; that document isn't cited anywhere in
the text. Reference dropped.
* We reference Xia and Brustoloni; that document isn't cited anywhere in
the text. Reference dropped.
* We reference Dhamija, Ozment, Fischer (the Emperor paper), but don't
cite it anywhere in the text. Reference dropped.
* draft-gutmann-keycont is expired. I've updated the reference to say
that it's expired; I wonder if anybody wants to ping Peter about further
plans or an alternative reference. (The reference isn't normative.)
I've generally updated the references to meet the guidelines in the Manual
of Style:
