"Each hyperlink in the list provided when the user selects the first option in the first message of the bootstrap interaction MUST use the petname as the hypertext. "
You gotta put some labels/definitions on those messages; I went into brain meltdown right about here. 
You mean the search for something part of the bootstrap message? That seems wrong; the best practice there is a call out to a preferred search engine. 
The message before that is "the bootstrap message" too? Come up with two names for them.
