ISSUE-152: Clarify the point of "distinguishing" between static and other text in messages [wsc-xit] http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/track/issues/ Raised by: Mary Ellen Zurko On product: wsc-xit 7.4 "The quoted text in the bootstrap message, the part of the message after "belongs to", MUST be distinguished from the rest of the static text. " This is either under or over specified. What's the point of being distinguished? Whatever it is, that point should be substituted in for the word "distinguished".
