Last Call - how does it work? (Re: Agenda, Wednesay, 23 May, WSC Call)

Could you please share that story with us, so that I understand the 
process and our obligations, and can get us back on top of them? Bruno's 
point about deadlines on comments is well taken, so once I understand how 
the last call works in (and btw, we'll need to add those to our timeline), 
I'll know if Bruno (and others) need something else as well. Thanks.
