Thanks. It's still missing some sentence that helps the reader understand
the relation of scope to goals. Which has been a point of confusion
multiple times. Please add such a sentence (whether or not it is my
proposed sentence, which, to recap, is: "This section is further refined
by the goals and non goals sections, which specify which parts of the
scope the group will concentrate its resources on, and which parts it will
not".)
