So Bill, my mistake - put your changes in an Issue. 

Tyler, Thomas and I will need to work out a process for Issues tracking 
and discharging regarding the Note.

As just agreed during the meeting, the process for changes ot the
note will be to raise an issue that then gets sent to the list.

To raise one, go here:

  http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/Group/track/issues/new

This automatically causes an e-mail to be sent to the group, as
you've just seen for ISSUE-6.
