Sorry about the late response, but I have been on vacation for the past three weeks (completely offline for a change :-) The "(interactive)" in the padlock context means there is a padlock, and clicking/activating it reveals further information about page the encryption in use (algorithm, key length, etc). For the others the Title bar, URL display etc where it says (page information), means the only way to view them is to access a special page information dialog. I have updated the wiki page to clarify this somewhat.
