ACTION-221 Match RobustSecurityIndicators against other proposals; ensure nothing gets lost

And those two seem to be it. Everything else is covered in Johnathan's 
Mozilla action item or the PII Editor bar proposal (I'm making the claim 
that that proposal will cover all robustness recommendations we want to 
make about interactive ceremonies).
