summary from brainstorming session in Dublin

Johnathan,

I see that ACTION-256 (coming back to the group with a summary from
the brainstorming session in Dublin that the two of you requested,
action was on Mike) is getting expired due to lack of responsiveness
on Mike's side.

Since we invested 2h of group face-to-face time on that session, I
don't want to lose the information from that meeting simply by way
of timeout.  As Mike is apparently unavailable these days, could you
take on this action item and suggest a due date for finishing it?
