Mobile phones and multimedia players are devices, that may or may not include a user agent. What about changing to " ... mobile phone broswers, multimedia player browsers, ... " resulting in: "A user agent is software to access Web content, including desktop graphical browsers, text browsers, voice browsers, mobile phone browsers, multimedia player browsers, plug-ins, and some software assistive technologies used .....
