Perhaps. If we mean deployed user agents, certainly. If we mean things 
documented in research, it could be a large task. If we mean things 
prototyped in research, that narrows the set, but maybe not enough. Then 
again, we should certainly learn from current research (that's why several 
researchers are in the wg).
