MEZ,
I do not know of an existing application which uses this model today - so
this is a future-looking scenario.
I believe that the scenario also extends to web services-based requests
from "non-traditional devices" as well (cell phones, PDAs, handheld gaming
devices, etc.)

Re: answer for ACTION-19 in the wiki
Thanks Tim. One thing I can't tell from your scenario is if any desktop
decoration applications that talk WS-Secure Conversation exist today, or
if it is a purely future looking scenario. If there are any that exist
today, can you put up a link to an example as part of that? Thanks.

http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/wiki/DesktopDecoration as an answer for
ACTION-19 : http://www.w3.org/2006/WSC/track/actions/19
