Regrets for 2006/08/22 call

I will be traveling and unable to call in.   Today I will check in several
changes related to our last set of discussions including issues 26 and 27.
This is due to my time constraints between now and Wednesday night when the
spec will be frozen for the f2f.  Please let me know if there are any
changes made during the call to the current proposals and I will make the
changes before the freeze.
