1.      Section 3.2 heading "Notational Conventiona" should be "Notational Conventions".  Link references to this section throughout the doc also have the wrong spelling.

2.      This text has been added to section 3.2, please delete and file an issue if it is required:

3.      This text has been added to section 3.2, please delete and file an issue if it is required:

4.      In section 7, in the first section of XML, a number of "..." were deleted. For example:

<wsa04:ReferenceParameters>...</wsa04:ReferenceParameters> ?

became

<wsa04:ReferenceParameters> </wsa04:ReferenceParameters> ?

5.      The text "Example 7-2: ndpoint reference" should be "Example 7-2: Endpoint reference"

6.      Line 16 of example 7.2 the text "<! Reference" should be "<!-- Reference"

7.      B Appendix.  The text "A non-normative copy of the XML Schema description is listed below for convenience" should be "A non-normative copy of the WSDL description is listed below for convenience"
