Review: MTOM Serialization Policy Assertion 1.1 Last Call WD

We used the best practices in the Guidelines document to review the MTOM Serialization Policy Assertion 1.1 Last Call Working Draft. The assertion follows (see the attached HTML document) all the applicable best practices.

We suggest responding to the XMLP WG that the WS-Policy WG has no comments on the Last Call Working Draft.

Our WG is identified in the transition request and we are expected to review this document.

Would someone like to volunteer to do this review for the WG?  Note that this LC review closes on Oct 15. Therefore we will need to get going on this review if we are to provide timely comments.
