We used the best practices in the Guidelines document to review the MTOM Serialization Policy Assertion 1.1 Last Call Working Draft. The assertion follows (see the table below) all the applicable best practices.

We suggest responding to the XMLP WG that the WS-Policy WG has no comments on the Last Call Working Draft.
