RE: New Issue: 5188 Incorrect Examples in Section 4 - Primer

I agree that the examples incorrectly suggest using an extension in the
policy namespace.  

I agree with removing the first example.

I would prefer to see the 2nd example use a new namespace name and
retain the example.
