Sergey in response to the bug you filed: http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4339 would you consider a friendly ammendment? Target: WS-Policy Primer Sergey's Proposal : Update the last sentence : "Please note that the ignorableness is at the discretion of policy consumers therefore ignorable assertions may have an impact on determining compatibility of policies" Proposed Friendly Ammendment: "Please note that the impact of the ignorable attribute is at the discretion of policy consumers (through selection of "lax" or "strict" mode) therefore ignorable assertions may have an effect on determining compatibility of policies"
