Title: Update media type description Description: According to http://www.w3.org/2002/06/registering-mediatype , as part of the preparation of moving out of Last Call (to W3C Candidate Recommendation or beyond), we need to do the following in the media type section of the framework document (appendix A): "Change the introduction to the registration information to say that it is being submitted to the IESG for review, approval, and registration with IANA." Proposal: Make the change to appendix A described above. Target: Framework document, appendix A (first paragraph). Regards, Felix.
