There needs to be a change made to Appendix A. "wspolicy+xml media type" of the framework document, see http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-framework.html#media-type According to http://www.w3.org/2002/06/registering-mediatype , as part of the preparation of moving out of Last Call (to W3C Candidate Recommendation or beyond), we need to do the following: "Change the introduction to the registration information to say that it is being submitted to the IESG for review, approval, and registration with IANA." I would propose to reopen issue http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4042 and make this change, and rename the issue from "Editorial fix to Media type description" to "changes of Media type description". We can use the same issue for all changes to the description (you will see at http://www.w3.org/2002/06/registering-mediatype that there is at least one more change for CR>PR). Regards, Felix.
