Regrets for tomorrow's call

It's unfortunate, but I had my bag with my laptop, passport, and a host of important document stolen from me tonight. I have to spend all day tomorrow starting early in the morning at the police station, passport office, US consulate, etc to straighten things out.
 
As we get to the editors' action items, be aware that I completed the one assigned to me last week (in consultation with Dale Moberg).
