I completed my editorial actions. The remaining ones are clerical:

ACTION-213 Generate diffs and post them to the editors mailing list by Tue 3/20th Morning
ACTION-214 Post the drafts and scenarios to the WG by Wed 3/21st
ACTION-215 Tag the interop archive and release to the WG on Wednesday
