Yes, you identified the problem. It works. Thanks!

Ps. At one point (a year back?), we needed to do some postprocessing on
some of the submissions. I feared for a moment we had the same issue.

I think you need to set the character encoding to UTF-8 in your
browser.
I don't see an issue in my browser.
I have forced the encoding to be UTF-8 in the following URIs:
[1] Framework
<http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-framework.
html?content-type=text/html;%20charset=utf-8> and Framework-diff
<http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-framework-
diff20061117.html?rev=1.8;content-type=text/html;%20charset=utf-8>
(since Last Call draft)
[2] Attachment
<http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-attachment
.html?rev=1.88;content-type=text/html;%20charset=utf-8> and Attachment
diff
<http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-attachment
-diff20061117.html?rev=1.7;content-type=text/html;%20charset=utf-8>
(since Last Call draft)
Does it help?
If this works, we can use these URIs.
Prasad

Sth is funny.
My name gets garbled in the versions you sent out, but not on
following the link posted from the most recent versions in the WS-Policy
wg page...
Felix, any ideas what may be going on?

Felix,
Could you please tag the following versions as the
CR-Drafts ("CR-Draft-09-February-2007") in CVS?
Somehow I seem not be able to do it.
Thanks,
Prasad
.

Please find the updated CR drafts and the diff documents
with updated Acknowledgements Appendix, at:

Best regards,
Prasad
P.S. Unfortunately, the diffs do not highlight the
changes to the Acknowledgements section,
as the acknowledgements come from different files
than the base XML files for the specifications.

I wonder if one of the editors would mind updating the
Acknowledgements appendix in both documents so that it more faithfully
represents the current membership of the WG [1]?
