WSDL for a REST API

Hi,

the sections 5.3.3 and 5.3.4 of the WSDL 2.0 Primer are supposed to
demonstrate the description of an API in the REST architectural style,
but section 5.3.4 contains hardcoded URLs and there are no hypermedia
controls in either section, although HATEOAS is a core architectural
constraint of the REST style.

If WSDL supports REST, shouldn't the Primer contain an actual example
of a REST API description, with hypermedia controls?
