Someone just sent me a question about TIBCO products. I didn't know the answer right off the top of my head, so I sent back an immediate response saying so, but also said I'd ask around and try to get back with a more complete answer. I think the pattern of a placeholder response is a good example of establishing a context and using it to correlate later messages.
