NEW Issue - Need a new WS-Addressing metadata namespace

Description:

The current WS-Addressing metadata specification has the namespace [1] that was published in February 2007.

However, the recent changes, particularly, the one relating to policy assertions, have modified the semantics of the policy assertions.

Proposed resolution:

I suggest publication of a new namespace [2]. Also, any interoperation testing of the latest WS-Addressing metadata specification should be based on the new namespace.
