Jonathan noted an editorial mistake in the REC drafts [1]. Given the impact on the specification, I went ahead and updated the editor's version of the specification as well as the errata page: http://www.w3.org/2006/05/ws-addr-errata.html#E01 If the Group is ok with the change, no action is necessary.
