RE: NEW ISSUE: [relationship] Order of URI pairs is ambiguous

Grammatically, you should not use "first" and "second" with just two items; should be "former" and "latter". But "first" and "second" are probably better for readers whose English is not perfect, I suppose.

Subject: NEW ISSUE: [relationship] Order of URI pairs is ambiguous

Section 3 of the Core spec says that [relationship] is a pair of URIs,
one identifying the relationship, and another identifying the
corresponding [message id]. The text doesn't say clearly what the order
of these pairs is, though there is an implication that the type of the
relationship is first, the related message id second.

Proposal: Clarify the implication, possibly by simply adding "the first
URI of each pair is..." and "the second URI of each pair is...".
