schema / component model for addressing structures?

i'm not sure this is worthy of an issue and it may be covered by
business as usual.

something i raised at the F2F, (sorry i can't recall the answer),
was how the the spec would describe the addressing and EPR
structures: XML, infoset or even as a component model.

i notice that the original ws-addressing spec describes the
addressing format using an XML examplar style.
At the very least i'd expect us to deliver a W3C schema for an
EPR, if not the addressing structure itself.

The main purpose of a schema would be for validation,
but it may also be useful for specifications wishing to layer upon
addressing. Also may be of use for people wanting to describe in
WSDL addressing structures exchanged inside message bodies.
