Intermediary Processing

Could we add intermediary processing as a last call issue? 

 

Specifically, can we add a section to the SOAP binding document which
discusses issues that will be faced by WS-A compliant intermediary.
Intermediaries are allowed in SOAP and therefore the SOAP binding document
might be the best place to discuss these issues.
