ACTION: Ensure static assets are served either by a specific host with no cookies, otherwise it breaks the cache --renoir

Since Sept 16 [8] the new Piwik installation is working and we still have neither database problem nor any 503 errors (!!)

> 5. Analytics dashboard

ACTION: In the meantime we create an analytics dashboard, let's use the email report. Renoir to forward email until creates automated way  --renoir

Please have a look at current Piwik installation if it has what we want.

Added new goals:
 - Site: Project management, track 'Report an issue' view
 - Site: WebPlatform Docs, track 'action=edit' (MediaWiki url parameter to edit)

Proposed to create campaigns using [4] and the utility [5]
 - We only have to add query parameter to URL when we broadcast Blog post, or during event.
 - Example, during a Docsprint, create a short link like this [6] or [7] but with parameters that will be used in Piwik
