Did piwik database has been truncated?

Hey all,

I created a new task and I want to confirm it is safe to do so [0]

Piwik documentation was recommending to apply geolocation data to old Piwik database [2]. The script ran fine during the last hours and now they are asking to force re-process the database [1]

A worry I have is whether it is save considering the warning in [2].

Anbody can advise if it is safe?
