Tracking code installation page

Hey all

Just to tell you that I documented in the wiki how Installed the Tracking code [0], as a new page in the WPD:Infrastructure namespace [2]. 

Documentation is based on a previous e-mail [1] but is now updated to a better location than to search the mailing list archive.
