Review before merging the redesign Pull Request

Dear all,

In the outreach calls and the associated activities, we have been working on redesigning the WoT homepage [1]. Currently, there is a Pull Request that will overhaul the landing page along with other pages. You can find the PR at [2] and the preview rendering at [3]. You can provide your comments on the PR itself or create issues. There are already a bunch of issues we will tackle after merging the PR, all of whom start with “Redesign:” prefix. You can see them in [4].

Let us know if there are any objections in a week. It is important to note that we have decided in the outreach call on March 18 [5] to change the goal of the website from “documentation of what the groups and TFs are” to attracting newcomers. The administrative information of groups will be leftover to the W3C-managed websites such as ours at [6].
