Sebastian: Thing description is now online on Wikipedia. Started cross linking. Sebastian: Any objections to the minute? Sebastian: no objections Subtitles Sebastian: We now have a spanish version. <dape> +1 McCool: Thanks for Andrea for translating. Sebastian: I think they are working on WoTPy. Philipp: Jan, who is helping me with the RIOT implementation, is also contributing to the WoTPy. McCool: We should align this with the scripting API. [14]sk merges [14] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/pull/181 [15]sk adds a comment to 141 [15] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/issues/141 Web analytics Sebastian: We didn't get a response yet. I would like to use the W3C solution, instead of own. McCool: We should wait for a response. Sebastian: Kaz, it would be nice, if you can ping Coralie. Migrating old blog to new blog Sebastian: No news here. ¡K Kaz, it would be great, if you can talk to Coralie about this as well. <kaz> [16]Issue 142 - Transforming all wotig blog entries to the w3c main blog [16] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/issues/142 Conferences Sebastian: I got some discount codes I can share with the group. Sebastian: The conference is mostly in German, from my understanding. Sebastian: Should we follow the approach of having a short hands-on?(API Conference) Ege: Yes, I am fine with that one. Eclipse Con Sebastian: That is something I take with me as a homework. Presenting the updates on the Web of Things. Sebastian: We should also present the tooling we have. Some discussion about who it going to do what between sk and dp. Daniel: I can get in touch with Christian and let the other know. Sebastian: What about RIOT OS? Philipp: Yes, if you need anything from me. I can do it. Just ping me. Sebastian: Some overview about specialized implementation. I add it to the wiki. IoT Tech Expo Kaz: The organizer asked me to join the UK conference as well. Smart city workshop Sebastian: We have a couple of presentations about WoT. McCool: We have to do the recordings. I need to schedeule that. Kaz: As I wrote in an email, I think we should use Zoom in order to make the recordings with captions. McCool: It would be great, if we can get the drafts done by the next marketing meeting. McCool: So that we can align our presentations next week. Some discussion about the details of the presentations between Kaz, Sebastian and McCool. Other conferences Sebastian: Any other conferences? McCool: TPAC is coming up. Do we want to plan now or postpone it to later? Issues McCool: We should archive marketing presentations on one place. Currently it isn't that easy to find all of them. Sebastian: We should use the last 10 minutes for issues. Daniel: We should talk about issue 180. Upcoming events in march when we already in may doesn't look great. [17]Upcoming/past events [17] https://github.com/w3c/wot-marketing/pull/180 McCool: We can either update it every week in the marketing call or link to an updated list. I prefer the first. McCool: All the conferences should also be on the website. Sebastian merges PR #180 Daniel: the w3c has a calendar for events. Maybe we can use it as well. Maybe kaz has more information about it. Kaz: It is still in prototype status, though your trial usage is welcome.
