Quick Updates - IG Charter

   McCool: rechartering IG
   ... sent request for nomination.
... want to confirm if we received all nominations including
   externals
... currently 3 requested for IG charter
... please send your request immediately.

   Legally: Please put me tentatively.

McCool: there was a confusion about IG and WG.

Lagally: I suggest to keep open WG positions for now.

McCool: We can discuss WG positions in workshop.

Matthias: we are seeking one new comer.
... big point about workshop is getting new people.
   ... it is about candidates.
... to show management that people currently not active now is
   welcome for candidates.

Kaz: as W3C process document states, W3C director appoints
   chairs.
... However, group's suggestion is welcome.
... chair's role is defined by chair's guideline.
... we used to have 3 co-chairs. Usually W3C director suggests
   one chair or 2 co-chairs.

   <kaz> [16]multiple Chairs guide

     [16] https://www.w3.org/wiki/Multiple_Chairs

McCool: so we collection a pool of candidates.

   Sebastian: IG/WG, completely separate?

Matthias: we never stated people has to be same.
... one chair do both chairs was considered reasonable that
   time.

RESOLUTION: add Michael Lagally to the list of proposed
co-chairs for the proposed IG charter

Sebastian: +1 to add Lagally to the candidate list.

   McCool: there are no objections.

Workshop

McCool: you need to register and describe demo logistics.
   ... any comments about workshop?

Lagally: if you are a speaker, please submit slides by Monday.
... we have a dedecated laptop for presentation.
... also one or two page slides for demo.

Sebastian: I picked all posters provided. they are going to be
   printed.

   McCool: deadline passed?

   Sebastian: Yes.

Ege: preparation day. Has everybody registered for preparation
   day?
... The page is same as F2F.

McCool: Please print out the letter and bring with you.

McCool: there is a rendered version.

   <McCool> [19]https://github.com/w3c/wot/pull/761

     [19] https://github.com/w3c/wot/pull/761

Matthias: there is a list of work items #761.

Lagally: I added a couple of comments.
   ... sorry for the delay.

McCool: Originally, we planned to have this done by yesterday.

Kaz: we have to submit this charter by next Wednesday.

McCool: I suggest to send this out in the next couple of days.
... I suggest to record resolution.

Matthias: I need to go through the PRs.
   ... including Lagally's.

McCool is going through Laggaly's PR #761...

McCool: EdgeX and OpenAPI, I suggested to add them.

Lagally: suggested to mention Digital Twin.

   Matthias: Template relates to lifecycle.

Lagally: Thing templates are orthogonal to lifecycle management
   in my opinion.

Matthias: It is simply a collection of related work items.

Lagally: I do not suggest to put them on a single line.

Sebastian: Digital Twin idea is a broad concept.

Lagally: people want to have representative of devices, manage
   historical data, run models, etc.

McCool: overlaps with TD. IIC discusses Admin Shell.
... simulation is a new concept for us.
... we need to clarify definition of Digital Twin, and
   relationship to WoT.
... we need to say: clarify relationship to digital twin.

   Matthias: that sounds ok.

Lagally: we can make reference to workshop from IG charter.

Matthias: There is also Data activity.

Dave: there is a blog for that.

   McCool: Please suggest citation.

Lagally: It is not a blocker.

McCool: Issues are rising from workshop. we can say this way.

Matthias: It does not add anything to the charter.

Lagally: use cases and requirements are also deliverables.
... process document, we should point to new one.

McCool: we should make a resolution to adopt those changes.

McCool is typing a proposed resolution...

<McCool> proposal: the modifications as discussed in
   [20]https://github.com/w3c/wot/pull/761 will be completed and
