there is a task force about  Linked Data and Semantic Processing [1]. This might be a good match for you concerns. Feel free to join the discussion [2]!

If you think certain things are not covered you can create issues with "[TF-LD]" prefix in [3].

Right, that sounds good! I didn't realize the Current Practices was intended to be maintained further, but it makes sense!
