quick updates
McCool: we have an issue for IG rechartering
[11]Current Charter
[11] https://www.w3.org/2019/10/wot-ig-2019.html
issue should be also used to collect topic
<kaz> [12]Issue for the new Charter
[12] https://github.com/w3c/wot/issues/966
there is sustainability and edge computing as example
<kaz> [13]proposed draft Charter

McCool: smart city is working on a report
… videos already available
McCool: from testfest still working on implementation report
… this is done for TD
… need this for Architecture, Profiles and Discovery
Lagally: we should look into the market where WoT is adopted
McCool: we have the developer page, we can collect this
information there
Lagally: it would be very important to collect such information
Daniel: we should be careful to decide what is compliant to WoT
and which not
Kaz: What is our expectations for "implementations"? There are
several possible meanins, e.g., (1) implementation experience
required by the W3C Process, (2) WoT-conformant genuine
implementations, (3) WoT-compatible implementations which could
be connected with WoT-conformant implementations via Binding,
etc.
<kaz> [14]Press Release for ver. 1.0 RECs
[14] https://www.w3.org/2020/04/pressrelease-wot-rec.html
McCool: we have a gap in august due to the vacation time
… we should work on updates of the documents before August
liaisons
McCool: ITU-T plans a workshop, we are in exchange
Kaz's note: Actually, there are two separate workshop proposals
from the ITU-T SG20, one as a possible joint workshop by ITU-T
and WoT, another as a planned workshop organized by TTA.
Kaz: with ECHONET there is an exchange between ML and
Matsuda-san
Kaz: regarding ISO TC184/SC4, we should continue the discussion
to see actual vocabulary definition to be referred to from TD
via @context. also possible simple liaison with them.
McCool: we should invite them to PlugFest and work on a sub-set
for testing
... ECLASS is invited for the next use case call … there we
should discuss about a use case definition
Kaz: inviting ECLASS as well as ISO TC184/SC4 is nice :)
