Scripting API - Draft ready for new publication

the Scripting API task force plans to publish an updated Scripting API document by the end of  August / beginning of September.

We kindly ask you to review the document and voice any concerns or suggestions until August 21.

We would like to make a publication resolution during the scripting call on August 24.
