WoT ontology

Dear all,

Since last W3C TPAC in Lisbon, we (Ontology Engineering Group - UPM) have
been working on the definition of an ontology for the Web of Things [1].
The work was based on our requirements from the use cases of VICINITY [2]
and STARS4ALL [3] H2020 projects, as well as from the WoT Current Practices
document.

Besides, we are initiating a process of collaboration with the people of
the BigIoT project [4] to try to join efforts in the definition of common
vocabularies for both, one of which is the WoT ontology.

Our intention is to share our work (note that it is still a draft) and be
actively involved in the development of this ontology within the WoT IG/WG
from now on.
